Material	Plug made from thermoplastic material (Polyamide 66), ensuring a high mechanical resitance at both low and high temperature, dimensional stability and shock resitance. Oil resistant 70 Shore O-ring rubber seal.
Colour	Black with red lid. The lid is also available in yellow colour.
Remarks	The plugs are supplied, as standard equipment, with UNI fill symbol and OIL text. Versions 114-112 are available with GASOIL or DIESEL text and, upon request and for suitable quantities, the lid can be supplied without description or customized with a company logo.
Description	Cylindrical-headed filler breather with vertical ribs for a better grip. Hand tightening. These plugs enable a wide airflow through the four vents located under the thread and six vents under the grip. It is recommended to be used on hydraulic plants or tanks containing liquids which are subject to quick volume changes, where a rapid air outlet or the recall of large air volumes are needed. Generally the plus is not stressed by oil splashes or leakages. They are equipped with a polyurethane foam filter, as standard equipment (indicative filtration degree 50 microns), for work applications in very dusty environments. This filter can be easily removed, for its replacement, by taking off the red lid, manually. Airflow capacity (P) shown in the table expressed in litres/minute, measured with a pressure of 50 mbar. The plug is used in critical applications where the vent hole is subject to strong oil splashes, especially during the starting of the mechine when the oil is still sticky. We suggest the use of the serie TMDF/BR, with sintered bronze air filter (indicative filtration degree 30 microns.), which allows the air to flow but stops oil overflowing due to the bronze filter being not absorbent, when it gets in contact with the fluid.
